Dominique Lamothe
Dominique Dorneval Lamothe is a highly motivated and results-driven corporate trainer with over 13 years of experience in education and eight years specializing in corporate training. Her passion lies in empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential through engaging and impactful learning experiences. Dominique brings a unique blend of expertise in fast-paced healthcare settings and dynamic corporate environments.
Dominique's Story
Dominique's career began in healthcare, serving as a Bed Manager at NYU Medical Center. In this role, she developed strong skills in clear communication, effective prioritization, and decisive action, which continue to guide her work today. During this time, she discovered her passion for teaching and mentoring others, which inspired her to pursue a Master of Science in Secondary Education at Hofstra University.

Transitioning into adult education, Dominique designed and delivered content-rich presentations to diverse learners, further solidifying her commitment to creating inclusive learning environments. Her ability to tailor instructional strategies to meet individual needs became a hallmark of her approach. Dominique also led a Distance Learning Program, gaining valuable experience in online instruction and technology-mediated learning.

For the past eight years, Dominique has served as a Senior Corporate Chiropractic Trainer at Medulla LLC, where she has had the privilege of training and mentoring over 500 chiropractic doctors and technicians across the Midwest, South, and West Coast. She has designed and delivered many training programs, covering company protocols, EHR systems, basic anatomy, chiropractic philosophy, and essential soft skills. Recently, Dominique has focused on leadership training programs for senior management, helping leaders develop the skills necessary to thrive in today's competitive environment.
